This is a fairly straight-forward question, and due to that I can't find any topics concerning the matter on Google or like-wise.
How do you enable/select Metal as your rendering engine when compiling for iOS within the latest versions of Unity 5?
Many resources and blog posts show the menu below or similar, however this does **not** exist in the current version on Unity 5 within the iOS Build Preferences.

Not only does this dropdown **not** exist in that part of the menu *(above accelerometer freq/etc)*, I can't find an option regarding it anywhere within Unity itself. Nor have I found any articles regarding this selection anywhere, in regards to Unity 5. Help would be more than appreciated.
