Determining Lens Flare / Screen Filter Effect

I realize this isn't a regular for Unity Answers, but I've searched everywhere in hope for an answer to this with no avail. Hopefully you guys can help me. To put it simply, I'm looking for the lens flare/screen filter/whatever you want to call it shown in the pictures below. For reference, the game shown is [The Light by Sergey Noskov.][1] As you can see, any significant light source seems to replicate itself in a small image relative to the camera's rotation from the object; the image repeating itself several times over, with different distinct colors for every refracted image. If anyone could name what kind of filter this is called so that I might look it up- or even an asset on the store/something I could use, I'd be extremely grateful as right now I'm at odds.
